Metering & Monitoring

Using advanced tools like barometers and probe meters, we measure the relative humidity and moisture content of the space. This helps us identify areas of concern that require remediation and ensures the environment is correctly controlled during the encapsulation process.

Before installing the encapsulation liner, we address any existing mold or microbial growth. We use Anabec-approved antimicrobial products, which prevent mold from reoccurring. By remediating the space and changing the conditions, we ensure that the mold will not return.

Liner Installation

We use a high-quality antimicrobial liner for crawlspace encapsulation. Final Checks
